Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

#### How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

2. Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
3. Attach clear photos of the item and any packaging if the item arrived damaged.

We will review your request and respond within **2 business days** with the next steps.

### **Non-Refundable Items**
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
